Listen for popping sounds;
when chicken's bottom blows out the oven door and flies across the room, chicken is done.

Deep Frying Fish
Fillet and Clean fish rinse and put on a plate
For Dry fish coating I like Golden Dip Fish Fry
Heat Oil to 400 degrees coat fillets in fish fry coating
dip in the oil, cooking for 75 to 100 seconds, turning only once.

Great with Tar Tar or seafood sauce, excellent just on their own.

Deep Frying Fish
Fillet and clean fish rinse and put on a plate of Beer Batter. I like Golden Dip Beer Batter.
Mix batter to directions, Heat Oil to 400 degrees. Dip fillets in Batter and put in oil. Turn fillets over when edges get brown.
When fillets are golden brown the fillets are done.

Great with Tar Tar, Seafood Sauce, or just plain.
